			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kirsten and I spent April 13 &#8211; 16 at the <strong>Career Masters Institute Conference</strong> at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver. It was a wonderful conference, thank you <a href="http://www.cminstitute.com/bios/whitcomb.html">Susan</a>. <img src='http://dixson.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>At the CMI Conf, we had a booth to showcase <a href="http://www.brandego.com">Brandego</a>. Met many terrific people and received positive feedback about Brandego and Web Portfolios. Blogging was a hot topic and Kirsten&#8217;s <em>Technology Trends</em> presentation was well received. Ending up buying a <a href="http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=ModelDetailAct&#038;fcategoryid=168&#038;modelid=11004">Canon ZR200</a> DV camcorder at the last minute and taped a couple of the presentations at the conference. In the process of editing down Kirsten&#8217;s presentation in Apple&#8217;s <em>Final Cut Express</em> and will post excerpts of it here when I get a chance.</p>
